Properties at 110 S Ford St, 913 Main St and 6 E Pendleton Avenue were discussed.
The property on Ford St is right next to the Cemetery and consists of a house and several out buildings that have been leaning for several years now.
There is a garage on 913 Main St that is about to collapse and at 6 E Pendleton Avenue there is another garage with structural issues.
This list will be forwarded to the Town Council for them to discuss and address as needed.
The Planning Board also spent a great deal of time working on a map to guide them with future development in the Town of Lapel.
The Board discussed what developments they would like to see around Town with mainly residential and some commercial developments north of SR38, commercial along SR38 and light industrial and commercial south of SR38 to 700 South.
They will produce a map that highlights these development areas although the map is purely for guidance and will not be legally binding.
